-I can't open the movie viewer?
answ; the movie viewer starts in a pop-up window, so in order to see it pop-ups from this site must be enabled

-How can I jump to another part of the video?
answ; there is a button 'chapters' in the right lower corner of the movie viewer. Clicking this button allows you to jump to another part of the video. you can also drag the cursor in the timeline

-I don't hear anything while playing the video?
answ; all videos have subtitles explaning the essential steps of the procedure. There is no audio (yet)

-Can I leave suggestions?
